Jeff has established teams worldwide that not only create but sustain growth strategies in intensely competitive markets. His creative visions help to support new product development; which continually delivered strong profits for existing products and helped to position start-up products for sustainable growth.

Jeff has been contracted to provide critical insight for several organizations into building cities with long term connectivity plans and strategies that help improve the livability, sustainability and connectivity fabric for its citizens. A few of these organizations are: Qualcomm, Arizona Commerce Authority, Arizona State University, University of Arizona, Google, Thing Worx, Salesforce.com, Smart Cities Council, Apple, IBM, Telecom Council, Pima County Sheriff, City of Tucson, Army, Navy, Marines and the Department of Homeland Security, just to name a few.

Before starting Aircomm Solutions, Jeff held high profile positions at Alltel Communications, Miller Brewing Company, Mintec and Verizon Wireless and most recently Director of Business Development for Libelium in Spain. In addition to volunteering within the local community, Jeff has held several seats on boards and various regional programs and activities such as The Fiesta Bowl, Tucson City Commerce, Foothill’s Chargers, SVH Swim Team.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science from Northern Arizona University and studied business at University of Arizona. He lives in Tucson, AZ with his wife and two sons.

Since 2006, he has:

- Designed, developed and led the largest sales and service organization in the National Account health insurance segment
- Delivered industry leading membership growth for a decade
- Crafted the Anthem Health Guide for Google, which now serves 4.4 million Anthem members
- Created the leading member decision support and engagement platform in the industry
- Launched private health insurance exchanges and developed custom clinical models in partnership with each of the National Consulting firms
- Developed and executed Anthem's go to market strategy with Castlight

Before joining Anthem, Jerry's extensive career includes the following healthcare leadership and technology experience:

- President of four Life Insurance companies
- Sales leadership at Metlife, Cigna and HealthNet
- Healthcare Sales at Channel point, a healthcare technology firm that launched the first health insurance exchange in 1998
- Launched Benefit Solutions Group, a healthcare strategy, actuarial and regulatory compliance consulting practice
- Restructured The Wellness Plan in Detroit resulting in a $21M profit during an 18-month Michigan Department of Insurance receivership

Jerry has five daughters and four grandchildren. He resides in Tucson, AZ with his wife Lisa and dog Thunder.
